Paul is a member of Team ADAM which is the investigative/resource provision unit of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Paul has professional experience of four decades working in municipal policing and working in the criminal justice system in the prosecution of offenders. Paul is a graduate of the FBI National Academy where he majored in the management of cold case investigations. Additionally, Paul has experience as an adjunct instructor for Humphreys University teaching criminal justice students in advanced/complicated investigations.
As a member of Team ADAM Paul brings experience and expertise in the areas of cold case investigations, spatial behavior of offenders and the prosecution of no-body homicide cases.

NCMEC proactively provides assistance to victims, families, law enforcement, social service agencies, mental health agencies and others when they need help with a missing, exploited, or recovered child. NCMEC Data NCMEC is able to analyze case data and CyberTipline information to assess trends in the field and help inform NCMEC’s prevention education programming. Case Resources NCMEC has dedicated staff and partners available to assist in cases involving missing and exploited children. Education NCMEC provides safety and prevention resources for families and professionals focusing on child abduction, child sexual exploitation, and internet safety.
